The VA seeks qualified developers, including SDVOSBs and VOSBs, to act as a non-VA Developer under its Enhanced-Use Leasing authority for a parking structure with at least 900 spaces that directly or indirectly benefits Veterans. The selected Developer would enter into an EUL with VA and be responsible for financing, renovating/constructing, operating, and maintaining the parking structure. EUL leases can have terms up to 99 years and are administered by VA’s Office of Asset Enterprise Management. The development opportunity is located at the James J. Peters VAMC Campus and aims to repurpose assets for Veteran benefit. The campus is particularly interested in a parking EUL to alleviate a significant on-campus parking shortage.
