The VA is seeking qualified developers, including SDVOSBs and VOSBs, to serve as a non-VA Developer under its Enhanced-Use Leasing authority for a parking structure with at least 900 spaces that directly or indirectly benefits Veterans. The selected Developer would enter into an EUL with VA and finance, renovate or construct, operate, and maintain the parking structure. EUL leases can have terms of up to 99 years, and VA’s Office of Asset Enterprise Management administers the program. The opportunity is intended to repurpose assets at the James J. Peters VAMC Campus and alleviate a significant on-campus parking shortage.
