This requirement is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) under NAICS 541614. The contract will be firm-fixed-price with an estimated 34-month period of performance. The new Cheshire OPC will be approximately 17,735 net usable square feet, and the Burlington OPC will be approximately 24,435 net usable square feet.
