The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking sources for a full replacement of two elevators (P13/P14) serving floors 1-6 at the Pittsburgh VA Medical Center in Pittsburgh, PA. The project is a firm-fixed-price contract with a construction magnitude between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000, and an estimated duration of 365 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. Responses to this Sources Sought Notice are due by May 18, 2026, at 2:00 PM ET, and the project is planned for advertising in mid-June 2026. Interested contractors must submit a capabilities statement demonstrating experience with full elevator replacement modernization (minimum 4 floors) and hospital work in occupied medical facilities. The government will use market research to determine the procurement method and any socio-economic set-aside.
