Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside (FAR 19.14)

The Department of Veterans Affairs seeks a contractor for a Design-Bid-Build construction project to upgrade EHRM infrastructure at the Kerrville VA Medical Center in Texas. The scope includes extensive site preparation, demolition, and upgrades to electrical, HVAC, data center, communications, and security systems across multiple campus buildings. This is a total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside with an estimated construction cost between $10 million and $20 million. The period of performance is approximately 730 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. The solicitation is anticipated to be issued in early May of 2026.
