The Department of Veterans Affairs seeks a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business general contractor for a design-bid-build construction project to upgrade EHRM infrastructure at the American Lake VA Medical Center in Tacoma, WA. The work includes site preparation, demolition, and all necessary labor and materials. The estimated construction cost is between $10 million and $20 million. The period of performance will be approximately 650 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. The solicitation is anticipated to be issued in mid to late March of 2026.
