Presolicitation Notice INTRODUCTION The Department of Veterans Affairs, Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) and the Institute for Learning, Education and Development (ILEAD) requires Eaton Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems repairs. PCAC anticipates soliciting quotations and subsequently awarding a Firm-Fixed Price contract for the UPS systems repair. DESCRIPTION A contract is needed for the ILEAD for the below listed tasks. Deliverable Delivery Date 9390 100-160 208V I/O AC Capacitor Pan Assembly Upgrade, 7x24 Labor, Not During PM 30 days ARO 9390 100-160 Fan Upgrade, Not During PM, 7x24 Labor 30 days ARO The contract period of performance shall be thirty (30) days from the receipt of order. ADMINISTRATIVE A written solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 13. The solicitation will be posted as a small business set aside utilizing NAICS code 811210 (small business size standard: $34M) and PSC J061. The solicitation will be issued on or about September 17, 2025, for approximately five (5) calendar days. Offerors will be required to submit their quotes electronically via email. ****Please note, offerors will be required to submit an Authorized Distributor/Dealer/Reseller Letter or other documentation confirming they are authorized by the manufacturer for this requirement as part of their quote.*** All offerors who intend to submit a quote as a result of this synopsis may request additional solicitation details in writing to the issuing office via email at: Grace.Kelly-Burnsworth AND Jessica.Rogers2@va.gov.
