R408--VISN 2 Bronx ESPC Project Facilitator Services
This is a direct sole-source award for Project Facilitator services to support an Energy Savings Performance Contract at the Bronx VAMC, intended for award to one Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (EMP2 Inc.). The contract is a Firm Fixed Price award with one base year and four option years for a total performance period from September 25, 2025, to September 24, 2030. The work involves supporting Measurement and Verification report review, project tracking, and reporting. The project facilitator must be DOE approved. The government will evaluate proposals using a best value approach considering price and technical factors.
