PRESOLICITATION NOTICE RFQ #36C77625Q0266 Office of Emergency Management (OEM) Deployable Mobile Dental Health Vehicle August 25, 2025 The Veterans Health Administration (VHA) currently requires the procurement of a Dental Mobile Clinic Vehicle with a two-chair configuration. This unit will assist medical centers in providing dental care to Veterans who are eligible for this service in underserved communities as well as when a clinic is being built or under repair. This notice serves as the synopsis of the proposed contract action in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.204, FAR 5.201, FAR 6.303-2, and FAR 13.105. The solicitation will be competed on the Open Market, unrestricted. The formal request for quotes (RFQ) will be posted to Contract Opportunities on/about Monday, August 25, 2025, and quotes will be due on Monday, September 8, 2025 at 11:00 AM (Eastern). To submit a quote in response to this notice, please follow the directions in the RFQ that can be found through Contract Opportunities at the RFQ number identified above. Questions of a technical nature will not be answered as part of this notice; however, all general questions may be submitted in writing to the issuing office via email at aimee.maxel@va.gov and michelle.rhodes@va.gov.
