Page 1 of INTRODUCTION The Department of Veterans Affairs, Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC), (VHA) Office of Clinical Informatics (OCI) within the Office of Health Informatics (OHI) requires SAFe Enterprise Service (SES) memberships. PCAC anticipates soliciting quotations and subsequently awarding a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order for the SES membership. DESCRIPTION Please the attached Performance Work Statement for requirement details. ADMINISTRATIVE A written solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 13. The solicitation will be set-aside for Small Business concerns. The applicable NAICS code is 611430 with a small business size standard of $15M million dollars. The FSC/PSC is U099. The solicitation will be issued on or about January 16, 2025, for approximately six (6) calendar days. Offerors will be required to submit their quotes electronically via email.
