Introduction The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) anticipates soliciting offers and subsequently awarding a single, Firm-Fixed-Price contract for the Sharepoint Online Support contract for The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Asset Enterprise Management (OAEM). Description The objective of this PWS is to implement existing OAEM SharePoint online to support the management of its programs and enquiry processes. This implementation shall include redesigning the layout, navigation, site pages, web parts based on industry best practice to accomplish the tasks and associated deliverables. Administrative The solicitation will be issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ) conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 and will be evaluated in accordance with the procedures listed in the solicitation. The solicitation will be advertised as a total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. Offers received from other than SDVOSB concerns will not be considered. The applicable NAICS code is 541611 with a size standard of $24.5 million. The solicitation will be issued on or about January 23, 2025. The period of performance is approximately 70 calendar days from the Contract Award Date. This notice is not a request for competitive offers. At this time, no solicitation exists; therefore, please DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF THE SOLICITATION. If a solicitation is released it will be synopsized in SAM.Gov at SAM.gov | Contract Opportunities.
