The first bullet point, as amended in modification 36C77625Q0012_1 reads as follows: No more than three (3) contracts that your company has performed within the last seven (7) years that are of comparable size, complexity, and scope to this requirement. To be considered relevant, these projects should reflect construction of warehouses with a minimum 18,000 GSF and a minimum construction cost of $10,000,000. Include the project name, project owner and contact information as this person may be contacted for further information, project scope, project size (Example: square footage), building use (Example: Medical Facility, Office Building, etc.), project dollar value, start and completion dates. This modification will change the first bullet point under section 5 on page 4 of 6 from requiring 18,000 GSF AND a minimum construction cost of $10,000,000, to requiring 18,000 GSF AND/OR a minimum construction cost of $10,000,000, and will read as follows: No more than three (3) contracts that your company has performed within the last seven (7) years that are of comparable size, complexity, and scope to this requirement.
