Question 2 - In order to include the required information for Factors 3, 4, 5, and 6 on pages 6-7 in the Pre-solicitation notice and all key position disciplines identified, we request that you expand the page requirements to 50 total pages. Answer In accordance with our SF330 request a site visit will only be arranged with the highest rated firm that is selected in accordance with the RFP. We are not at that stage of the requirement yet and cannot arrange for a site visit at this stage. Question 5 - Continuous facility operation requirement may mean project permit/construction phasing.
