Key positions and disciplines required for this project include: An updated Request for SF 330 dated 6-17-2024 is attached to this amendment, and the change is highlighted in yellow and the language struck out. There are no other changes to this pre-solicitation.

The VHA PCAC requires a contract to perform Architect-Engineering (A-E) Services for the design of construction projects for VHA throughout the country. In accordance with FAR 7.107-5, the VA intends to consolidate the A-E Services requirements. The consolidated effort will be solicited as 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside. The consolidation of A-E Services identified is in the best interest of the Government. This consolidation meets the requirements of FAR 7.107 and the benefits of the consolidated acquisition would exceed the benefits that would be derived from an alternative approach. Therefore, the VA found that consolidation is necessary and justified and this notice shall be available for seven days prior to the release of the Request for SF330 for this requirement. The Request for SF330 is anticipated for release on or around May 30, 2024.
