Introduction The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) anticipates soliciting offers and subsequently awarding a single, Firm-Fixed-Price contract for the Kerrville EUL Due Diligence Support (Kerrville EUL) contract for The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Asset Enterprise Management (OAEM). Description The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Asset Enterprise Management (OAEM) is planning to solicit a contractor to provide due diligence support for a new EUL at the South Texas Veterans Health Care System Kerrville VA Medical Center in Kerrville, TX. The proposed EUL consists of approximately three acres of land. The selected developer would develop supportive housing for Veterans on the site. This PWS focuses on selecting a contractor and its team to evaluate existing VA real property assets for potential development enabling the construction of permanent supportive housing and for commercial use that directly or indirectly benefits Veterans. The scope of this Firm Fixed Price contract for services is to provide a range of EUL due diligence support. The Contractor shall have the expertise and provide all resources necessary to perform the specific requirements to be defined. Administrative The solicitation will be issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ) conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 and will be evaluated in accordance with the procedures listed in the solicitation. The solicitation will be advertised as a total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. Offers received from other than SDVOSB concerns will not be considered. The applicable NAICS code is 541611 with a size standard of $24.5 million. The solicitation will be issued on or about September 12, 2024. The period of performance is approximately 1,095 calendar days from the Contract Award Date (3-years). This notice is not a request for competitive offers. At this time, no solicitation exists; therefore, please DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF THE SOLICITATION. If a solicitation is released it will be synopsized in SAM.Gov at SAM.gov | Contract Opportunities.
