This Amendment is to clarify deliverables in the PWS and extend the solicitation: Section 4.1 of the PWS is revised to read: A VENDOR IS REQUIRED TO DISASSEMBLE ALL FURNITURE TO INCLUDE; CUBICLES (43), CHAIRS (86), BOOK SHELVES (7) , CARPET MATS (16), FILE CABINETS (3), DESK PARTS (7), L SHAPED PARTS OF A DESK (3), DESK OVERHEADS (8), CREDENZAS (2), CONFERENCE TABLES (6), BUREAU (1) AND PLACE DISASSEMBLED FURNITURE ON PALLETS, SHRINK WRAP PALLETS AND STORE IN THE PARKING GARAGE AT THE ADDRESS. DISPOSITION OF THE SHRINK-WRAPPED PALLETS IS BEING COORDINATED VIA GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION (GSA) THROUGH THE ATLANTA VAMC. VENDOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING ALL MATERIALS INCLUDING PALLETS AND SHRINK WRAP. Vendors may submit revised quotes to account for the above revision to the PWS. Quotes are due to haley.turner@va.gov by 11:00 AM CDT (12:00PM EDT). As a reminder this solicitation is set aside for VetCert certified Veteran Owned Small Businesses. Work must be completed by COB May 10, 2024.
