DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS INSITUTE FOR LEARNING, EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT (ILEAD) Remote/Studio Camera Upgrade The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Institute for Learning, Education and Development (ILEAD) has media facilities in St. Louis, MO. and Salt Lake City, UT. These facilities support media productions in the field and in studio environments. In 2012 the St. Louis studio Sony cameras were purchased. Also, in 2014 the St. Louis and Salt Lake City Sony field 4K cameras were purchased. Presently these cameras need replacement. They do not support the latest video camera resolutions, technologies and are at end of life. The studio cameras need to be replaced to support 4K production workflows. The current studio cameras are high-definition HD only. To accomplish this upgrade at the best value to the government. The current field Sony F55 cameras will be used in the studio, using the new Sony/MultiDyne system that can use the Sony F55 in a 4K studio workflow. The current field Sony F55 4K cameras will be replaced with the Sony FX 3, FX 6, FX 9 6K cameras. The Sony F55 cameras in the studio workflow will need new Fujinon 4K lenes and the new Sony field cameras will need new Fujinon 4K lenes as well. the field cameras will also need require accessories Lenses, batteries, battery changers, memory cards, memory card readers etc. The Contractor shall deliver the following for the remote and studio camera upgrade.
