AVID MEDIA COMPOSER UPGRADES THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) is in the process of planning a requirement in which a contractor will be required to provide AVID MEDIA COMPOSER UPGRADES for ILEAD intends to purchase and install four new HP Z8 G5 Avid Media Composer edit workstations to replace four existing Avid workstations. All Media Composer workstation hardware and software configurations must be vetted and approved by Avid for use with the VA-owned Media Central system. The VA will transfer the Media Composer software licenses from the existing workstations to these new workstations. This is a Brand Name Only (BNO) Requirement. All socio-economic groups (small and large businesses) are encouraged to respond to this request. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) anticipated for this requirement is 334111. The size standard for this NAICS code is 1,250 employees. Interested parties shall have a current Systems for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov) active registration. The registration shall be kept active throughout the contract's life if issued. SAM registrations shall incorporate the representations and certifications of the company identifying the NAICS of 334111. At this time, we only need to know if your firm can perform the work as described in the SOW, your DUNS or UEID number, and if you need any points of clarification on the description of work.
