The purpose of this amendment is to provide clarification between the VISN 1 Construction MATOC that is currently being solicited under 36C24123R0073 and this VISN 1 Construction MATOC under Sources Sought Notice 36C77624Q0029. The scope of the VISN 1 Construction MATOC being solicited under 36C24123R0073 is for Non-recurring Maintenance (NRM) projects with a project limit of $15M. The other VISN 1 Construction MATOC that is related to Sources Sought posting 36C77624Q0029 is for all construction projects (NRM, Minor, and Major) without the $15M project limitation. Note: These are separate vehicles being prepared by separate offices. Responses to 36C77624Q0029 must be received for market research purposes to determine any possible set-asides. Responses that were submitted under 36C24123R0073 will not be used to make a determination on 36C77624Q0029. There is no change to the due date - all responses are due by 10:00AM ET on 11-27-2023.
