The SBA size standard is $24.5 Million. This acquisition is being conducted in accordance with the procedures in Federal Acquisition Regulations [FAR] Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items, and in conjunction with FAR Part 15, and 16.2, where appropriate. The acquisition will be a 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business [SDVOSB], single award, Firm Fixed Price [FFP] contract with a One [1] year Base and Four [4] one-year Options.
