The purpose of this mod to previous pre-sol is to update the product/service code (PSC) for this project and to provide a response to the technical question received. The PSC originally listed for this project was incorrect. The correct PSC is C1DA Architect and Engineering - Construction: Hospitals and Infirmaries. The technical question and response are provided below. Question 1: Regarding Factor 3 Capacity, providing a list of all active projects for the prime firm and subcontractors will result in upwards of 300 projects, conservatively. We respectfully request that be limited to workload percentages for staff listed and value of remaining indefinite delivery contracts. VA Response: The VA has carefully considered this request and determined that this information is essential for the TEB to fully evaluate a firm for factor 3. Please list all active projects for the prime firm and subcontractors, including the full potential value of any current indefinite delivery contracts.
