The General Information section is updated to: A/E Part One Services (also known as Design Phase) for this design project includes site visits, field investigation, studies and user interviews to prepare drawings, specifications and cost estimates for all facets of work and disciplines/trades to facilitate a construction project to construct a new 16,000 gross Square Feet (Sq. Ft.) building for a New Primary Care Building on the campus grounds at the Charles George VA Medical Center, 1100 Tunnel Road, Asheville, NC. The project will also call for planning and constructing approximately fifty (50) surface parking space and storm drainage. The scope of this project includes but not limited to the following: Architectural (planning clinic space, support space, common space, walls, ceilings, flooring, door systems, Interior Design) Civil Engineering (new building site survey, site utilities, landscaping, parking lot design) Structural Engineering (foundation planning, new building structure, roof system) Mechanical Engineering (Heating/Ventilation/Air Conditioning systems, ductwork distribution) Electrical Engineering (power (normal, emergency), lighting, elevator system, telecommunications, security systems, intercom systems) Plumbing Engineering (domestic water, sanitary sewer) Fire Protections (fire sprinkler system, NFPA design) Attached are the questions and answers regarding the SF330 post.
