The purpose of this modification to this previous notice is to answer the following questions: Question: Will you be soliciting that actual trailers associated with this project. We are a trailer supplier and would like the opportunity to provide those trailers. Answer: This specific project is for the site prep and not the trailer. We are not the ones responsible for the trailer. Question: OPSEC Construction is a SDVOB certified by the State of NY. We do not own a certification from the VA. Do we qualify to bid on this project when the same is out for bid? Answer: The prime firm must be a verified SDVOSB by the SBA in accordance with the instructions in the SF330 Request. This modification also updates the following paragraph: The anticipated period of performance for completion of design is 144 calendar days after notice to proceed of award. The VAAR magnitude of construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This modification also updates the following paragraph 3. A-E SELECTION PROCESS: 3A: SF 330s will be evaluated in accordance with the primary selection criteria as stated in this pre-solicitation notice.
