The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) is soliciting proposals and aims to subsequently awarding a single Firm-Fixed-Price contract for the Design-Bid-Build Construct Mental Health Phase 2 project at the Providence VA Medical Center (VAMC) located at 830 Chalkstone Avenue, Providence, RI 02908. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Providence VAMC is seeking a general contractor to furnish all labor, tools, material, equipment, and supervision for the Construct Mental Health Phase 2 project at the Providence VAMC. This project shall include, but not be limited to general construction, alterations, civil site work, finishes, HVAC, electrical work, plumbing, fire alarm and suppression, security, and other items as contained within the construction documents. All work will be performed consistent with provided drawings and specifications.
