The Department of Veteran Affairs, Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) intends to solicit and negotiate directly with Graham Advisory Network, Inc., 2012 Riviera Ct, Raleigh, NC 27604, for the procurement of point of care diagnostic software as a service in support of the Library Network Office (LNO) program under the authority of 38 U.S.C. § 8127©, Veterans First Contracting Program, as implemented by FAR 6.302-5, Authorized or required by statute. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The purpose of this contract is to provide a fully integrated digital resource to help guide primary care professionals and clinical students in daily decision support, based on clinical content in the family medicine market, giving access to the information needed at the point-of-care. It is a fast resource to obtain the most likely diagnosis, treatment, and management for thousands of diseases. The scope of work for the nurse scheduling service is to provide annual subscription to a point of care diagnostic service for all facilities and authorized healthcare providers in the Veterans Health Administration. The contractor will provide all sites on the VHA network with a web-based database. The online product has technical capability to include Serials Solutions and LibLynx authentication for remote users. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
