PRESOLICITATION NOTICE 36C77623Q0456 VHA Institute for Learning, Education and Development (ILEAD) Audio Visual Support for Pharmacy Conference September 11-14, 2023 The Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) requires Audio Visual equipment and related services only for the meeting space at the Wyndham Grand Pittsburgh Downtown Hotel, Pittsburgh, PA. Contractor shall provide the Audio-Visual rental equipment and services/supplies for the meeting space to be held September 12-14, 2023, for approximately 250 attendees. Contractor shall perform initial set-up on Monday, September 11, 2023, at 8:00am with strike of all rental equipment to directly follow the close of the last session on Thursday, September 14, 2023, at 5:00pm. This notice serves as the synopsis of the contract action in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.102(a)(6), FAR 5.201, FAR 13.105, and FAR 13.106-1(b). The solicitation will be issued as an oral Request for Quotes (RFQ) Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set Aside. (SDVOSB SA) All offers must be submitted to the attention of the Contracting Officer identified and listed on the Standard form 1449, section 31b and to the address identified on the Standard form 1449, section 16 up to and due No Later Than 13:00 EST on July 31st, 2023. E-mail proposals will be acceptable at heather.allen3@va.gov Pricing Form. Responders must complete Attached Pricing Form Spreadsheet. Responders who do not complete this form will be considered non-responsive.
