TeleStream THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) is in the process of planning a requirement in which a contractor will be required to provide TeleStream Services for The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VHA Institute for Learning, Education and Development (ILEAD) manages a media facility in Saint Louis Missouri, which distributes training and communications programming to VA staff and to the veteran patient community. ILEAD utilizes the Telestream Vantage Transcoder with an Avid Media Central Asset Management System (MAM) and utilizes Telestream Caption Maker software on four workstations. All socio-economic groups (small and large businesses) are encouraged to respond to this request. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) anticipated for this requirement is 334290. The size standard for this NAICS code is 800 employees. Interested parties shall have a current Systems for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov)) active registration. The registration shall be kept active throughout the contract's life if issued. SAM registrations shall incorporate the representations and certifications of the company identifying the NAICS of 334290. At this time, we only need to know if your firm can perform the work as described in the SOW, your DUNS or UEID number, and if you need any points of clarification on the description of work.
