PRESOLICITATION NOTICE RFQ # 36C77623Q0217 HONOLULU PKG 117 OTO-OPHTHALMOSCOPE (BRAND NAME OR EQUAL) The Department of Veterans Affairs, Pacific Islands Health Care System in Kapolei, HI has a requirement to purchase Welch Allyn Oto-Ophthalmoscope equipment (brand name or equal) as part of the initial outfitting of the newly constructed Outpatient Clinic being constructed in Kapolei, HI. The solicitation will be issued as a brand name or equal Request for Quotes (RFQ) set-aside 100% for Small Business (SB) concerns conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, FAR 13.106-1(d), and FAR 19.502-2. The formal request for quotes (RFQ) will be posted to Contract Opportunities on/about February 9, 2023 and quotes will be due on February 20, 2023 at 1:00 PM (Eastern). To submit a quote in response to this notice, please follow the directions in the RFQ that can be found through Contract Opportunities at the RFQ number identified above. A copy of the Statement of Work is included with this Pre-Solicitation Notice for your information. Questions of a technical nature will not be answered as part of this notice; however, all general questions may be submitted in writing to the Contract Specialist Rachael Avery at rachael.avery@va.gov and also the Contracting Officer via email at grace.kellyburnsworth@va.gov. Telephone calls will not be accepted as a part of this notice. Technical and contract-related questions in response to the RFQ will be accepted in accordance with the RFQ instructions.
