Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for the Expand Pharmacy & Radiology construction project consistent with provided Drawings and Specification. The project includes an addition to the main hospital (Building 1) to provide additional space for a permanent MRI, expansion of Pharmacy and Police, and other space for support functions. The addition will provide approximately 9,500 GSF of new space, and 4,000 GSF of renovated space on the basement and first floors. Work includes architectural, structural, fire protection, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and earthwork.
