PRESOLICITATION NOTICE 36C77623Q0184 Women s Health Mini-Residency for Primary Care Providers (Dual Tracks) 2023. The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA), VHA Institute for Learning, Education and Development (ILEAD) provides educational services and instruments to VHA. One of the services ILEAD provides is formal educational meetings for discussions and training (i.e., Conferences). This notice serves as the synopsis of the contract action in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.102(a)(6), FAR 5.201, FAR 13.105, and FAR 13.106-1(b). The solicitation will be issued as an oral Request for Quotes (RFQ) Full and Open Competition. Please find attached the final Statement of Work (SOW) Price Schedule for Completion. All offers must be submitted to the attention of the Contracting Officer identified and listed on the Standard form 1449, section 31b and to the address identified on the Standard form 1449, section 16 up to and due No Later Than 12:00PM CST on April 4th, 2023. E-mail proposals will be acceptable at Jesus.Reyes@va.gov. Questions of a technical nature will not be answered as part of this notice; however, all general questions may be submitted in writing to the issuing office via email at Jesus.Reyes@va.gov.
