PRESOLICITATION NOTICE RFQ # 36C77623Q0182 HONOLULU PKG 6 PULMONARY ANALYZER March 23, 2023 The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Pacific Islands Healthcare System in Honolulu, HI has a requirement to purchase a pulmonary analyzer as part of the initial outfitting of the newly constructed VA Akaka Clinic constructed in Kapolei, HI. This notice serves as the synopsis of the proposed contract action in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.204, FAR 5.201, and FAR 13.105. A solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 13. The solicitation will be set-aside for Small Business Concerns. The formal request for quotes (RFQ) will be posted to Contract Opportunities on/about Friday, March 24, 2023 and quotes will be due on Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at 12:00 PM (Eastern). To submit a quote in response to this notice, please follow the directions in the RFQ that can be found through Contract Opportunities at the RFQ number identified above. A copy of the Statement of Work is included with this Pre-Solicitation Notice for your information. Questions of a technical nature will not be answered as part of this notice; however, all general questions may be submitted in writing to the Contract Specialist Jessica Rogers at jessica.rogers2@va.gov and also the Contracting Officer via email at michelle.rhodes@va.gov. Telephone calls will not be accepted as a part of this notice. Technical and contract-related questions in response to the RFQ will be accepted in accordance with the RFQ instructions.
