PRESOLICITATION NOTICE RFQ #36C77623Q0163 HONOLULU PACKAGE 124 PACS WORKSTATIONS March 7, 2023 The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Pacific Islands Health Care System, Honolulu, HI Akaka Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) needs a contract for the procurement of AFC Industries PACS Workstations (brand name or equal) as part of the initial outfitting of the newly constructed clinic being constructed in Kapolei, HI. This notice serves as the synopsis of the proposed contract action in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.204 and FAR 5.201. The solicitation will be issued as a brand name or equal Request for Quotes (RFQ) set-aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. The formal request for quotes (RFQ) will be posted to Contract Opportunities on/about Wednesday March 8, 2023 and quotes will be due on Wednesday March 22, 2023 at 10:00 AM (Eastern). To submit a quote in response to this notice, please follow the directions in the RFQ that can be found through Contract Opportunities at the RFQ number identified above. Questions of a technical nature will not be answered as part of this notice; however, all general questions may be submitted in writing to the issuing office via email at michelle.rhodes@va.gov.
