PRESOLICITATION NOTICE 36C77623Q0160 Rapid City Pkg 26 AED Analyzer The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Black Hills Healthcare System in Rapid City, SD., has a requirement for brand name or equal AED Analyzer, to be placed into the new Rapid City CBOC. This notice serves as the synopsis of the contract action in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.102, FAR 5.201, FAR 13.105.
