The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) is conducting a market survey and is seeking potential sources for the Architect/Engineer (A/E) services to design a construction documents for a new Emergency Department of 13,750 DGSF and enclosure path to existing Hospital Main building at the Charlie Norwood VA, Downtown, Augusta, GA. This is a DESIGN project.
