Page 1 of 1 INTRODUCTION: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) anticipates soliciting bids and subsequently awarding a single Firm-Fixed-Price contract for the Design-Bid-Build EHRM Training and Administrative Support Space Construction project at the Oklahoma City VA Medical Center (VAMC) located at 921 NE 13th St., Oklahoma City, OK 73104. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Oklahoma VAMC is seeking a general contractor to furnish all labor, tools, material, equipment, and supervision to renovate the EHRM Training Room and Administrative Support Space. This construction project will renovate approximately 7,700 sf of existing space in the northwest area of the Oklahoma City VA Health Care System, for use as administration and training space to support the deployment of the new Cerner EHRM equipment and software at the Oklahoma City VA and its associated CBOC and other leased spaces. ADMINISTRATIVE: The solicitation will be issued as a Invitation for Bid (IFB) conducted in accordance with FAR Part 14 and will be evaluated in accordance with the procedures listed in the solicitation. The solicitation will be advertised as a total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. Offers received from other than SDVOSB concerns will not be considered. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 with a size standard of $39.5 million. The solicitation will be issued in late November of 2022. The period of performance is approximately 270 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. In accordance with VAAR 836.204, the magnitude of construction is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. This notice is not a request for competitive offers.
