The purpose of this notice modification is to answer the following questions: Question 1: Are there any Bridging Documents/Conceptual design or preliminary sketches of the work required? Answer 1: Refer to the statement of work for the design requirements. Question 2: Exhibit 1 is missing. Answer 2: Please see attached Exhibit 1. Question 3: Is there a solicitation/SF1442 for this project, or just the pre-solicitation notices from SAM.gov? Answer 3: This procurement will be conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 15, 19, and 36.3 Two-Phase Design-Build Selection Procedures. Phase I in the two-phase design-build selection process is requesting offerors to submit proposals in response to a pre-solicitation notice. Please see Section I General Information of the Pre-Solicitation Notice for additional details. Question 4: Is there a site visit scheduled? If not, can we arrange a site visit? Answer 4: A site visit will be arranged during Phase II of this project for offerors in accordance with Section I General Information of the Pre-Solicitation Notice. Question 5: Does an offeror have to be a disabled veteran owned small business do bid this work Answer 5: This procurement will be a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).
