Answer 1: PPQs will not be accepted.             Question 2: Can you confirm that the Environmental Engineer needs to be a registered professional engineer. Answer 2: Yes, The Environmental Engineer needs to be a registered professional engineer so they can sign off on the environmental impact of the upgrade.                    The Magnitude of Construction is hereby updated from the previous notice: From: The magnitude of construction of this project is to be between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. To: The magnitude of construction of this project is to be between $20,000,000 and $50,000,000. All questions shall be submitted via email to Robin.Cramer@va.gov before 2:00 PM MST 1 July 2022. Questions received after that date and time shall not be answered.
