PRESOLICITATION NOTICE RFQ #36C77622Q0377 SANTA ROSA PACKAGE #274 DENTAL INSTRUMENTS July 12, 2022 The Veteran Affairs Health Care System, Santa Rosa Community Outpatient Clinic, needs a contract for HuFriedy dental instruments (brand name or equal) as part of the initial outfitting of the newly constructed Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) being constructed in Santa Rosa, CA. This notice serves as the synopsis of the proposed contract action in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.204 and FAR 5.201. The solicitation will be issued as a brand name or equal Request for Quotes (RFQ) set-aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. The formal request for quotes (RFQ) will be posted to Contract Opportunities on/about Tuesday July 12, 2022 and quotes will be due on Monday July 25, 2022 at 2:00 PM (Eastern). To submit a quote in response to this notice, please follow the directions in the RFQ that can be found through Contract Opportunities at the RFQ number identified above.
