PRESOLICITATION NOTICE RFQ #36C77622Q0308 SANTA ROSA PACKAGE 114 DENTAL WORKSTATIONS May 3, 2022 The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Santa Rosa CBOC in Santa Rosa, CA needs a contract for the procurement of NevinLabs (Brand Name or Equal) Custom Dental Workbenches and Casework as part of the initial outfitting of the newly constructed Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) being constructed in Santa Rosa, CA. This notice serves as the synopsis of the proposed contract action in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.204 and FAR 5.201. The solicitation will be issued as a brand name or equal Request for Quotes (RFQ) set-aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. The formal request for quotes (RFQ) will be posted to Contract Opportunities on/about Tuesday May 3, 2022 and quotes will be due on Tuesday May 10, 2022 at 2:00 PM (Eastern). To submit a quote in response to this notice, please follow the directions in the RFQ that can be found through Contract Opportunities at the RFQ number identified above. Questions of a technical nature will not be answered as part of this notice; however, all general questions may be submitted in writing to the issuing office via email at aimee.maxel@va.gov and michelle.rhodes@va.gov.
