PRESOLICITATION NOTICE RFQ 36C77622Q0190 PHOENIX PACKAGE 39 ICE AND WATER DISPENSERS March 9, 2022 The Department of Veterans Affairs, Phoenix Health Care System in Phoenix, AZ needs a contract for the procurement of Follett Symphony 12 Plus Ice and Water Dispensers (brand name or equal) as part of the initial outfitting of the newly constructed Phoenix VA Clinic 32nd Street Project in Phoenix, AZ. This notice serves as the synopsis of the proposed contract action in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.204 and FAR 5.201. The solicitation will be issued as a brand name or equal Request for Quotes (RFQ) set-aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. The formal request for quotes (RFQ) will be posted to Contract Opportunities on/about Wednesday March 9, 2022 and quotes will be due on/about March 17, 2022 at 1:00 PM (Eastern). To submit a quote in response to this notice, please follow the directions in the RFQ that can be found through Contract Opportunities at the RFQ number identified above. Questions of a technical nature will not be answered as part of this notice; however, all general questions may be submitted in writing to the issuing office Contracting Officer Michelle Rhodes via email at michelle.rhodes@va.gov.
