PRESOLICITATION NOTICE RFQ #36C77622Q0118 Phoenix Package 147 Disposable Curtains January 12, 2021 The Phoenix Veteran Affairs Health Care System in Phoenix, AZ needs a contract for the procurement of Disposable Curtains (brand name or equal) as part of the initial outfitting of the Phoenix VA Clinic - 32nd Street Project. This notice serves as the synopsis of the proposed contract action in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.204, FAR 5.201, and FAR Subpart 13.5. The solicitation will be issued as a brand name or equal Request for Quotes (RFQ) and Set-aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) vs unrestricted. The formal request for quotes (RFQ) will be posted to Contract Opportunities on/about Thursday January 13, 2022 and quotes will be due on Tuesday January 25, 2021 at 10:00 AM (Eastern). To submit a quote in response to this notice, please follow the directions in the RFQ that can be found through Contract Opportunities at the RFQ number identified above. Questions of a technical nature will not be answered as part of this notice; however, all general questions may be submitted in writing to the issuing office via email to the Contract Specialist at terrance.deininger@va.gov and the Contracting Officer at michelle.rhodes@va.gov. Telephone calls will not be accepted as a part of this notice.
