This notice serves as the synopsis of the proposed contract action in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.204, FAR 5.201, and FAR 13.5. The solicitation will be issued as a brand name or equal Request for Quotes (RFQ) and set-aside 100% for Service-Disabled Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) vs. unrestricted. The formal request for quotes (RFQ) will be posted to Contract Opportunities on/about Tuesday January 11, 2022 and quotes will be due on Monday January 24, 2022 at 10:00 AM (Eastern). To submit a quote in response to this notice, please follow the directions in the RFQ that can be found through Contract Opportunities at the RFQ number identified above. Questions of a technical nature will not be answered as part of this notice; however, all general questions may be submitted in writing to the issuing office via email to the Contract Specialist at terrance.deininger@va.gov and the Contracting Officer at michelle.rhodes@va.gov.
