Contractor shall reference the project specifications and drawings for full details pertaining to the project The solicitation will be issued as a “Invitation for Bid” (IFB) conducted in accordance with FAR Part 14 and will be evaluated in accordance with the procedures listed in the solicitation. The solicitation will be advertised as a total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. Offers received from other than SDVOSB concerns will not be considered. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 with a size standard of $39.5 million. This project is planned for advertising in late February 2022. In accordance with VAAR 836.204, the magnitude of construction is between $20,000,000.00 and $50,000,000.00. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 236220 (size standard $39.5 million) applies to this procurement. The duration of the project is currently estimated at 365 calendar days from the issuance of a Notice to Proceed. This notice is not a request for competitive offers.
