It Adds Attachment 6 - AUSH Visitation Memo - FINAL August 2021 which provides COVID-19 mask and vaccination guidance for on-site visits. It provides answers to additional technical questions that were received. (See below) Q: Does the VA have a maximum number of spaces they want at ultimate buildout? RFP states 600 spaces plus vertical expansion in the future. (Influences structure type and foundation) A: VA Loma Linda has an ultimate need for 820 parking spaces. Q: Will an Environmental Assessment be required? If so, is that part of the scope of work? We recognize that there is potential for ACM (Transite Pipe) and will have CIH on the team.   A: A categorical exclusion is expected to be provided by local GEMS office, however, if this is not provided due to extraordinary circumstances then an Environmental Assessment (EA) must be conducted following the NEPA process.
