This modification changes the name in the SUBMISSION CRITERIA/REQUIREMENTS section from Bailey Donato to Jason Phillip at jason.phillip@va.gov This modification also adds the following wording to the SF330 Factor 2 Specialized Experience: Include no more than six (6) Government and private experience projects similar in size, scope and complexity, and experience with specialized building types requiring physical security measures. Any more than six (6) will not be evaluated. Specialized Experience: Specialized experience and technical competence in the design and construction period services provided for a network infrastructure installation, renovations, or upgrades for the Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) project. Work shall include fiber optics, data cable, electrical upgrades, UPS, bonding, BMS, HVAC, IT room renovations/relocations, Data Centers/Server Rooms, and physical security upgrades, and all such systems and components as may be necessary to achieve project goals. Other specialized experience includes experience in energy conservation, pollution prevention, waste reduction and the use of recovered materials. Include no more than six (6) Government and private experience on project similar in size, scope and complexity and experience with project phasing to maintain hospital operations during construction. Any more than six (6) will not be evaluated. The evaluation will consider the management approach, coordination of disciplines and subcontractors, quality control procedures, prior experience of the prime firm and any key subcontractors working together on relevant projects and familiarity with VA Design Guides/Manuals, Master Specifications and other applicable standards. The information provided in sections F and G of SF330 will be used to evaluate this evaluation factor. Do not include this information in section H, unless it is pertinent to support the information listed in the other sections.
