Which one of these programs should the design be done in for submissions? We don t typically require an AE to preform work on a specific software package. As long as the deliverables are compatible to software that we at the VA have access to (We have Auto-CAD here in Lebanon). Whether the work is conducted in Auto-CAD or Revit is not significant so long as the submission is in PDF and the as-builts are in Auto-CAD. All other solicitation requirements and conditions remain the same.
