Sources Sought Notice 36C77621Q0466 EEG Enterprises Closed Caption Encoder Support Level Agreement (SLA) Introduction: In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.215-3, Request for Information or Solicitation for Planning Purposes This Sources Sought (SS) is for information and planning purposes only at this time and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA). Although the terms "proposal" and/or "Offeror" may be used in this SS, any response will be treated as information only. Requirements: The contractor shall provide the EEG Enterprises HD49X Basic Annual Support, to include telephone and online support, firmware and software updates, and access to the iCAP delivery system. The contractor shall provide support to the VA-owned encoders listed in Table #1. Anticipated Period of Performance: The base period shall be for (1) year from the time of contract award and the contract shall include (4) option years.
