INTRODUCTION The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) anticipates soliciting quotations and subsequently awarding a Brand Name, Firm-Fixed Price contract to an OEM authorized distributor for Welch-Allyn Connex 6800 vital sign monitoring equipment for the VA Kearny Mesa Health Care Center. Salient Characteristics All Items must be quoted in accordance with the Statement of Work Specifications. ADMINISTRATIVE The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) as a SDVOSB set-aside and conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13. The applicable NAICS code is 334510 with a size standard of 1,250 Employees. The solicitation will be issued on or about July 6, 2021 for approximately five (5) business days. Offerors will be required to submit their quotes electronically via email. This notice is not a request for competitive offers. Questions of a technical nature will not be answered as part of this notice; however, all general questions may be submitted in writing to the issuing office via email at terrance.deininger@va.gov and roberto.dejesus2@va.gov.
