The Department of Veterans Affairs, Program Contracting Activity Central, Saint Louis, MO intends to solicit quotes from contractors to provide a broadcast on air traffic system with incidental services to include, implementation, training and annual support for four years. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from that website, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the quote submission process. Registration is free and potential quoters are encouraged to visit the SAM website as no contracts can be awarded to any quoter not registered in SAM.
