PRESOLICITATION NOTICE 36C77621Q0038 Palo Alto Package #12 Cytiva AKTA Chromatography POSTED: Tuesday February 9, 2021 The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Palo Alto, CA, has a requirement for the procurement for Cytiva AKTA Pure Chromatography Modular System equipment, for use in the new VA Palo Alto Research Vivarium. This notice serves as the synopsis of the contract action in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) FAR 5.201, FAR 13.105, and FAR 13.106-1(c). The solicitation will be issued as an oral Request for Quotes (RFQ) set-aside 100% for Small Business (SB) concerns conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(c)(1). Please find attached the final Statement of Work (SOW), the Price Schedule for Completion, and the Delivery Schedule.
