PRESOLICITATION NOTICE 36C77621Q0108 Redding Activation Package 12 Biological Refrigerators and Freezers POSTED: February 18, 2021 The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Redding, CA., has a requirement for the procurement of biological freezers and refrigerators, as part of the initial outfitting of the newly constructed VA Redding Outpatient Clinic. This notice serves as the synopsis of the contract action in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) FAR 5.201, FAR 13.105, and FAR 13.106-1(c). The solicitation will be issued as an oral Request for Quotes (RFQ) set-aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(c)(1). Please find attached the final Statement of Work (SOW), the Price Schedule for Completion, the Delivery Schedule, and the BRAND NAME Justification and Approval for line item 0001. To submit a quote in response to this notice, please send a quote to the Contracting Officer Michelle Rhodes at michelle.rhodes@va.gov no later than Thursday February 25, 2021 by 1:00 PM (Eastern). Partial quotes will be accepted in response to this oral RFQ.
